The briefcase-sized device is entirely self contained; it only needs a power cable and can be plugged into any HDMI display. A rotary knob and a slider allow users to toggle through various GIS data sets and overlay various layers of geographic information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I managed and led all engineering efforts on this project, directing mechanical engineers, fabricators and technicians. I personally designed and fabricated all interior mechanical assemblies as well as the top of the device and the rear panel.
