Background

I designed and 3D printed the mechanical housing for an AML100-REF-1 based Rapid Deployment Demo of Aspinity’s automotive security solution. The enclosure consisted of heavy duty suction cups (for temporarily affixing to a surface) and a triangular form factor (allowing for secure placement on uneven surfaces). The enclosure feature an internal mechanism for temporarily placing a low-cost ceramic piezo vibration sensor onto the same surface the enclosure was mounted to.
